- A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to secure your session date. Dates are not held without both. The remaining balance is due by the session date. If a balance is unpaid, Britney Elizabeth Photography will withhold images until the balance has been paid in full. Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your invoice.
- Britney Elizabeth Photography LLC reserves the right to reschedule sessions at any time. Every effort is made to not reschedule, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances,weather may factor rescheduling. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, the paid retainer will be refunded. Clients reserve the right to reschedule a session within a 72 hour notice at no additional fee. If client prefers to cancel instead of rescheduling before a 72 hour notice, client may pay a cancellation fee.
- Sessions outside of my standard service area may include a travel fee. Travel fees are based on distance, time, and when applicable, lodging or transportation needs. Travel details will always be discussed before booking. Please note that certain locations including historic sites, event venues, parks, or speciality destinations may require photography permits, entrance fees, or site usage fees. These fees are not included in session pricing, and are the clients responsibility to cover unless otherwise stated.
- Session lengths are approximate. I may extend or shorten shooting time at my discretion to best serve the session. Late arrivals reduce your session time and do not extend the scheduled end time.
- Galleries will be delivered via online gallery. Regular session turnaround time is approximately 2-4 weeks. Wedding gallery turn around time is 7-12 weeks. During busy seasons, delivery may take longer. Editing style and artistic direction are at the photographers discretion.
- While I strive to capture the best possible images, I cannot guarantee specific expressions, poses, or cooperation from children, pets, or participants. Refunds are not given due to lack of cooperation.
- All images remain the copyright of property of Britney Elizabeth Photography LLC. Clients receive a personal use license for printing and sharing. Images may not be altered, filtered, or edited further. Your comfort matters. If you prefer your images not to be shared publicly, please notify me prior to gallery delivery, and I will honor that request.
- Respect and safety are priorities. I reserve the right to end a session without refund if inappropriate behavior, unsafe conditions, or harassment occur.
